AnUpsetStomach
The problem with those shower mirrors is that although it says on the package its "fog free" after about a month it starts fogging up anyway.
acer910
cold showers for the win. yea, i take cold showers. hotwater heater busted once and we didnt have the money to fix it so i had to deal with it for about a month and now im used to it. morton
You can make any mirror fog free by rubbing a small amount of soap over the mirror. You need to prime your face with hot water to have a proper shave, you do not see them pulling towels out of buckets of ice water for the gangsters at the barber shop in the movies for a reason.
acer910
as opposed to buckets full of redhot coals? way to go, bud. and then you get soap scum all over the mirror and you cant see anything in it
morton
Jeez, well if you are showering with cold water you are probably not too worried about steam on the mirror. Yea you have to clean soap off the mirror when it builds up but sometimes in a steamy bathroom it is worth the work later to get a good look at your mug to finish the job proper and get out the door. I stand firm on the need to wash ones face with hot water to ensure a good shave.
watson
rubbing shaving cream on a mirror and wiping it away until it's no longer visible works for about two weeks also
acer910
^that makes sense, it leaves slimy crap on your face sometimes. in the winter when we have the heat on the shower walls will fog up because the temperature difference. acer910
thats some bullshit. but anyways, which way does the grain go on your face????????????????
morton
It goes down your face. Rub your hand along your cheek, notice how when your hand is going down it is smooth that is because the grain is going that way. Then rub upwards and there will be some bristleness and resistance that is against the grain.
acer910
okay so then you need to shave with the grain?
morton
In general yes. If you want a super clean shave go once with the grain and then lightly shave again going against the grain for touch up work. I only do the second step against the grain if I am going out to dinner or a job interview or just want to look extra clean. I tend to cut myself more going against also. Follow up with a moisturizer as shaving twice tends to dry the skin more also.

*PROTOCOL*
I'm 27 and can't grow facial hair for shit. I use a bar of soap and cheap razor, takes me about 30 seconds. I don't mind, I think I would hate facial hair anyways, as I hate anything unnecessary on me. I cant stand letting my hair get longer than a few inches, and I hate watches, jewelry necklaces etcc... Do you even read threads before you attention whore in them anymore, or do you just do it blindly?

YouMad.GIF
That remains to be seen Either way, a vag waxing thread of it's own would be a good look anyways
Guest 50million
perhaps. i used to shave and it was horrifying. i could never do it again. so i strictly wax. i know a few dudes (mainly with super thick curly hair) that simply cannot shave. so they wax or get laser hair removal. any dudes wax? probably not, and i dont care just curious. swineflu.
are we still talking about facial hair or the hair that gets in the way of facials
MrChupacabra
Uhhhh, pause. That makes no sense unless you're giving facials to dudes with beards or you consider jizzing on someone's pubes as a facial.
