Finally got around to making a sammich today since it's my first day off I can actually have to myself with nothing to do.. not only that it's basically the first real thing I've ate all day as well as the first thing I technically made in the new spot.. pizza rolls don't count... Ingredients are as follows.. uncured ham, honey smoked turkey breast, pepper jack cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, tomato, avocado, Boston lettuce, bread and butter pickles, kewpie mayo and some artisanal bread since i couldnt find my normal brioche... So I ended up toasting the bread but I used the mayo instead of butter.. kewpie mayo is the goat idc what anyone says.. so I toasted both sides of the bread, made a couple strips of bacon I had to cut in half to fit in the pan and as that was going I thought about how to layer this bad boy.. so I threw down 3 slices of ham first, cheese followed, turkey on top of the cheese.. then I put down the tomato and since these pickles were kinda tiny I just layered them on top of the tomatoes.. followed by the lettuce, bacon strips and avocado on the top layer.. Little cross section action.. got fancy and even wiped the plate too.. I have like a little less than half a bag of those turbos flamas chips so threw a lil on the side for a crunch but also for a little kick of heat.. plus these have a very slight hint of lime on them which was nice.. the pickles and avocado made this alot better than I expected and the pickles weren't too sweet neither.. the little kick from the chips were basically the sprinkles on the sundae if you will and were the perfect side for this.. also the store didn't have any cold topo Chico so mineragua will do.. Permission to mention mead here/thread bump @Joker? @Media Onelast mentioned it in the beer thread but it's closer to cider. One of the best I've had was on tap and flavored with cherry and hot pepper. Having this. It's ok, but a bit low in the alcohol for a mead. If you're not a mead guy I can relocate to the beer thread 👍

All show and no go. Another thing to consider when buying a Ford. For a few years now, Ford redesigned the water pump location, putting it behind a bolt on plate. To fix it if it where to leak, or just replace a pump due to end of life, you're looking at 5k pre-rona 19. They engineered it where you take that plate off, you are also replacing specific bolts, timing belt, pully to name a few. Putting the right out of silicone in the areas it is suppose to go, is critical or you will be leaking again. You're pulling fuel rails, fuel injectors, spark plugs to name a few. The job is a pain. So if the seal or pump blow out prematurely after warranty expires your out 5k easy. Not a fan of that design.

MVI_1328.MP4 Shit like this just makes my day 100%. Came down a trail where fields meet woods and came upon a bear in a cut of tall grass. I couldn't see her until we were 20' apart. She did some huffs and stomps so I stepped back a bit and she relaxed. As she left I saw she had a small cub with her. I ran into her later on my way back. She gave me a huff and I found a comfortable distance and chilled with them while she nursed this cub and then it played in the tree. I think this is only the 2nd time I've seen a cub this young and this close.

The only cons will be cost related.

@One Man Banned I have not tried mead yet. I've been to several breweries that had mead on tap or available in bottles but I've made the leap to give it a try. I've heard it's an acquired taste but I've also heard it tastes like a cider/beer mix. So one of these days I just need to give it a go. And totally fine to post that here. 😁
