I can't get a clear shot and picture does not reflect what I see.

I see the colors red and green and they form a cross. RED up and down, Green left to right....

Even from an eye view, to me it still looks blurry, other than the sharp lines the red and green make.

this is my fav room in this place and I realized I spend the least amount of time in here.  We never use the table. Gonna get rid of that and throw down a rug/mats for a workout/stretch type of space. It’s got the most plants. Great morning light. Warmest in the place because the only outside wall is where the window is at.
really excited about this project   Hopefully I can get thru it today

You could add one of these comfy hammocks in there for lounging and stuff.

Just a workout room.
just gonna remove the table. Not buying any equipment or anything. Just mats. We have enough items to make it a workable room

I need space to work in. No matter what it is.  I loathe gathering things for a project, I spend the time gathering and not working. Then it turns to this.

When it hits me I need to not be bothered with getting things out or gathering items to complete a stretch session or whatnot.

I get these as well when I have long cord (10ft), the incorrect charger or low charging rate.  Or what's worse is the battery is nearing the end of its life cycle.

But it mainly has to do with the first 2.

@nicklesndimes I was just thinking, we have the sake palates ball, so if you use it as a bench press, just check it from time to time.  You don't want it to bust when your bench pressing.

I always go in with the mind that it may bust so if it does, perhaps I may be able to have a sudden reflex to make sure my dumbells do not hit my face and take my teeth out.

Nice setup by the way

@ndv i get what you're getting at, and the ball popping while lifting weights is genuinely scary.

But if you use the ball for many exercise routines, like bench press, shoulder press, butterflys and such.  It will help you with balance, and core strength.  The close you put your legs together, the tougher it is to find balance, so try to increase your center of balance by slowly bringing your legs together.

But I agree, using a ball inplace of a bench is not something I would recommend for everyone due to high risk of someone hurting themselves.

@ndv maybe 2x 15-25 lb dumbbells max for chest workouts....and the 25s are pushing it!

if we keep this talk up, we'll need to head over the fitness (sticky) thread.

That se ball you have.  I'd say 60bls dumbells each are pushing it.  After that. You gonna need a bench.

Edit: I think the ball is rated for 250lbs max, but I wouldn't trust that.  Factor in, aging of the material and possibly the surfaces the ball touches.  Any micro fracturing can easily accelerate to a lower max load.  Like I said, I have noticed about 120lbs,I can feel the ball begining to stress.
