MTV Multiplayer spoke to a Sony representative on the matter, who stated, "Sixaxis will no longer be offered after it's completely sold through at retail (likely by the summer timeframe)." The PlayStation.Blog was updated today with a post regarding the impending launch of the DualShock 3, noting that future releases will be adorned with the "DualShock 3 Compatible" logo (seen at right), and that the current releases listed below will support the controller from day one (titles with an asterisk will require an automatically downloaded patch). I mentioned it earlier in this thread, it's pretty cool. I only have Ratchet and Clank and Resistance (which I haven't tried it for, yet), and it works for R&C.
