Fattoush salad with homemade lemon vinaigrette cucumber, tomato, parsely, romaine, pita chips, feta cheese and a bunch of fresh mint and the vegetarian lentil. First time I made this. I thought it was gonna be a bright green like the crushed lentil at mid eastern restaurants. This one was kinda a greenish brown. If you're not doing the oxtail you're fucking up the whole flavor profile. also i don't know what the fuck is in the lumpia picture, but it's definitely not lumpia. Looks like a big spring roll Also pancit palobok should be prawns or at least some shrimp, and it could just be the small picture, but i don't see any prawns. Mixed veggies inside sometimes raw but this time it was quickly sauteed in a dash of oyster sauce. Topped with some sort of peanut sauce. It's not a real popular dish but I've definitely had it throughout my life. You're right about the palabok, it should have shrimp but my aunt cooked it up real fast for me. Fried egg and bologna sandwich Breaded porkchop, israeli cous cous, pan roasted heirloom squash one of the pigs im helping raise. just under 2 months and already somewhere around 80lbs they are getting big rather quickly. Alot going on in there but it was good. Same place. Crab cake sandwhich with roasted red pepper etc as shown....not bad cakes. Dinner at home.
