I got this blend of 49 different herbs in powder form that im drinking(mixed with a liter of water), and to get my daily vitamin intake stuff i'm drinking naked juices. Also drinkin tons of water, so my hour long ride home from work is a little ruff :) Other than that, i feel great. I suggest everyone tries it for at least a day. even if you just eat fruit and veggies, drink water, you'll really feel the difference in your body.
