As far as lighting goes I like the second shot more than the other two but they're all pretty good.

The first one the hand looks a little over but the watch came out nicer.

 

I'm surprised you're using just the modeling light, seems pretty risky as far as blur goes.

I'd probably use a softbox with a grid in place of a beauty dish for a similar effect also, but that's just what I'm used to.

I've never seen anyone use a grid on a beauty dish, I'd definitely like to try that out and those came out good.

2nd one IMO. Really nice shot. The point of focus is where it should be..nice line between his hand and face. Leads the eye back.

 

The first one, dudes hand takes some of the focus away..my eyes go towards that. The third one i feel the lighting is a bit strong maybe? Cant pinpoint it, but i like that one the least.

 

 

...and loser...im a fan of that red door shot. Nice.
