I've been shooting with my 50mm 1.8 a lot lately (almost exclusively) and have really gotten into shooting with primes. I'd like to shoot more people and also have a little wider range, so I've been looking at these two lenses. Any reviews you guys have on them would be great. i shot with the 85mm with my d70 up until a couple of months ago when i switched to canon. da1lyoperations Posted February 6, 2011 Share Posted February 6, 2011 Yo Load Limit, grab the 85mm dude. Great lens. I've borrowed one a while back and I loved it. Really smooth and sharp, fast too.
