Organizedhand
Free lost . Try using a Tri-pod,or something that stabilizes the camera. Unless you were going for that blurry look.

Leland Palmer
Been looking through old photos on my parents computer, these are from my first roll of film shot with an slr. That roll was more successful than some are these days haha..

Organizedhand
Bad news : Just got back from Walgreens to get my film developed and the lady pulls the film out and there is NOTHING on it. Im hoping this means i didn't load the film properly , right. Not a broken camera. Pissed I lost all those images. But heres to learning. EDIT-After trying to load another roll in i realized you have to push the film in the spool and clip it . I just clipped it and wound it . I'm hoping lesson learned. fat ralphy
figured this would be a good place to ask... are there canon slr's that will shoot hd video and photo.....any recommendations? i have a canon vixia that just doesnt cut it, and i have a rebel that i like. ideally if i can, i would sell or trade the both for a single hd slr that will handle video and photo. any info appreciated. (This coming from a nikon shooter) the canon 7d has great video. i have a few friends with that shoot with it and they love it. i thought the video on it was pretty boss as well. serum
yeah the canons are a much cheaper alternative to pro video rigs alot of movies and tv are being shot on them. i believe sound is the only drawback but that can be solved easily. this is what i am hoping to get eventually

I've had issues with film winding before and lost a bunch of shots, so what I do now is when I first shut the camera door, I tighten the rewind crank--not super tight, just till there's tension. Then I wind the film for the first couple of start-up shots and I make sure the rewind crank is turning as I do so.
