going back to bikram tomorrow - hitting it every day for a month before I relax into a 3 / 4 day a week thing............ fix up look sharp! i've been soooooooo lazy over the last 6 months or *so (*maybe even a year)... PLUS I have to keep remembering I cant eat whatever I want anymore. which is something i've never had to worry about! though, i've always exercised religiously.... used to run like 10 ks a day for years... my knees are fucked. wah wah wah. will post results in a couple of months if im happy with them… back to a perfect 10 is the goal......! brrrap!

I cant tell if you all are being ironic or not… Way to go, racism! If theres one thing Americans are really good at, its (negative) racial profiling! (Get it?) Well versed in spin… he pimped his own kid. I felt so heartless (and bored) watching the video yesterday, when am I supposed to feel something? Guilty now? What about now? Not yet.. The whole thing was about this guy and his kid and how they want to make movies and save Africa. So it finished (finally, 10 mins too long) and all I could think was “Gavin's dad is a dick.” The power of social media (used intelligently / propaganda or not) is fucking incredible. I'd like to see Kony captured and put before the ICC. There's a lot of injustice in the world. Think global, act local. But thats just obvious, right?
