On top of eggs I’ll add that cinnamon, also some crushed pecans, flax seed or chia seeds, a small amount of peanut butter. Bacon bits if the mood strikes. Blueberries if we have em. I load it right up I need that fiber/protein balance just right in the morning

Everytime I eat oatmeal. (I’ve never ate cold oatmeal before tho. Hmmmm. Would try) as it cooking I stir 2-3 whites in. Quickly for even distribution. Makes a slight more sticky other than that you can’t tell.

I was once told the (“scientific”, if you will) reason tweakers drop fucking logs like this but I can’t remember. My brother used meth for 25 + yrs. Between him and his wife and the occasional “visitor” who would leave this phenomenon behind. Yes. They had a poop knife for real or would have to sometimes manually remove it

further down the path is this pond I always look forward to seeing. Beautiful plants and koi inside but it has grown and it so neat now. Walked an old neighborhood the other day Heinz field is now Acrisure Stadium round the science center IMG_2389.mov signage along this trail about Spotted Lantern Fly they will ruin your trail walks. If you're walking under a big enough Tree of heaven you can guarantee you will feel their droppings fall on you. See this area of Japanese knotweed -normal green leaves in the background. The darker leaves are covered with honeydew (their droppings) which creates black mold. look how much has gathered on this leaf. then there’s the Japanese knotweed. It will grow wherever the fuck it wants to the plant, Dodder, (orange, stringy) will choke out knotweed. However it’s usually at its strongest when the knotweed is also. If it bloomed prior to it may have a chance of choking it out before knotweed becomes too big of an issue.

Ha! That’s pretty much what our IPM dude looks like when he’s working. I don’t NEED it at my current job/position. we rarely have much of a pest problem where I work. We do do a lot of preventative shit tho. Certain products need a license. More so that you are legally trained how to handle n all that. The knowledge is invaluable.
