Got a 7am workout in at the gym today (Saturday morning) now it's 9:17am.. I'm drinking a protein shake and getting that stomach distention thing letting me know that it's time to take a shit.

Start off simple and just keep sketching... and then sketch some more.. and some more... and when you're tired, sketch some more lol... joining or starting a crew would help too.. when i first started writing, we'd literally have blackbook sessions until late in the morning and then go bombing... but seeing each other's styles develop and get better plus trying to compete with your homies on who can come up with the dopest piece will help push you to the next level... when i was younger, i used to be able to stay up all night long just sketching letters... have patience cause once your letters get good on paper you also need to learn how to paint them clean and crisp.. best of luck

You do have a point... I'll usually find newer work that older artists are putting out. For example, masta ace whos been around since the early 90s (even late 80s i think) put out a new album a couple of years ago. So a lot of it has that 90s boom bap plus lyricism that i crave when bumpin Hip Hop

About a month and a half ago i threw out my back doing deadlifts (#oldmanproblems)...2nd set, 5th or 6th rep and my upper back was fucked....i was out of the gym for 3 and a half weeks and gained weight.. hella bummed out about it... the pain is still there but not as bad as when it first happened..i tried icing it, heating it, massage, 2 different massagers, tens unit, salonpas patches, icy hot patches, foam roller, stretching, hot showers, sombra, and finally cupping. I need a fucking back transplant.

Busting my balls, maybe... if he had done it in a more joking manner id get it...i get his humor.. I've literally watched and listened to dozens of hours of his stand up... matter of fact ive been following bill Burr since the mid 2000s back when he had hair and almost a decade before all of these current Netflix specials. Ive never been to the bean but i get that people can be dicks... I'll give him credit though, he did take a flick with us and signed our poster... that's why he was just a "slight dick" and not a full on "pos dick" lol

All I said to him was "I enjoyed the show. Can I get a flick with you?" The word "flick" freaked him out because he thought I meant take a video of him, which I guess is a big no no. I explained that I meant a picture...at that point he turned to my gf (exgf now) and was like "does he always talk like this?" flick by the way is a graffiti term for picture and i've been using it for years and i didnt think it'd be taken the wrong way. Boston or not, if I'm your fan and bought tickets to the show and bought your tour poster i'd expect a bit of politeness, professionalism, and tact. I've met at least 15 standup comics...some even bigger names than bill burr...and every last one have been cool as shit (iglesias, koy, segura etc). Also, that whole "how many people do you think he had to interact with that day, that week, and so on" is the same shit they say about the fucking police...doesn't excuse them from being dicks literally 100% of the time.
