@NightmareOnElmStreetI think the lionshare of the money I dump into this place is going to be in the bathrooms. I was looking into doing heated floors but the few people I know that have them have said they are trash. They take forever to heat up and they blow up the electric bill by hundreds of dollars a month. Im not sure if that is an installation fuck up or what. I already have built in bookshelves flanking my fireplace. I might tear them out and rebuild them better. Im so ready to get all of this mechanical shit done so I can get into doing the finish trades. Its what I do best.
