He is the absolute worst president in this country's history. The damage that he has done cannot be undone in just a half of a term. Sure the country is in a bad place right now, but it's not nearly as bad as it would have been had Bush stayed in power. He cut taxes for rich assholes like himself and raised it for middle class Americans, and I'm sorry $250k a year IS NOT middle class. Under Bush, and the republican ideal this is how the country should work: Middle class people work to scrape a living and pay 30% and up of their paychecks so that the government can run. Wake up, got to work at some manual labor job, come home eat a shitty dinner, sleep and repeat. While the upper class, pays something like 10% in taxes and they will take vacations, go out to fancy dinners, buy expensive clothes, cars, pay contractors to dig holes for pools, and hire gardeners to pick up their leaves cause they can't be bothered raking on a Sunday. . . . and all of this spending that they do living the good life will provide jobs for the middle class who work these mediocre jobs and give one third of their checks away so that the government can run. It's complete insanity. The middle class has paid their dues long enough, it's time for the rich to pay to run this country, after all they are the people who drove it into the ground. I don't know where you got these tax rates from, but the richest pay the highest taxes at 35%, not "10%". Middle class people pay about from 25-28%, depending on how much you make. SouthsideGoogleGangster Posted November 4, 2010 Share Posted November 4, 2010 One thing I never understood about Conservatives & Republicans: Government spending on wars & rebuilding that country's infrastructure = Patriotism Government spending on rebuilding America's own infrastructure (Stimulus, roads, national parks, bridges, Healthcare reform, railways, public education, unemployment benefits, social security) = Evil "Socialism" they all have hella shares in the companies that make missiles, weapons, tanks, f150s and bullshit like that. the CEOs of these companies are government officials too...republicans almost 800 million(or billion, for some reason im unsure at the moment) tax dollars a year was being spent on the war on terror every year for the past 9 years...they makin mad money right now...well they were before obama pulled out a couple months ago. spending money on roads parks potholes ect., would create hella jobs and allow the middle class to buy escalades..helping balance out the economy and thats not what they wanna see. they want to keep the poor poor. Walmart sets up shop on the out skirts of a small town and doesn't pay any taxes for 30 years while a family owned business five miles away gets runs into the ground with tax increases to make up for what Walmart isn't paying. The U.S. is completely run by the shameless greed of these huge companies that give bribes, excuse me, that "lobby" for politicians. At least 40 years ago people had shame. if Bush and Chenney got caught killing people in the name of making obscene profits for their own private companies in 1956, they would have ran and hid. In this day and age it's, "yeah, I'm the president and I'm fucking you over, what are you gonna do about it? hahaha!" This nation is shot, it's on the fringe of becoming a third world county with no natural resources or export of any kind, being run by crooked dictators. look at the tasteless campaign ads they run on television. that alone shows you what kinda people they are. in china hundreds of government officials are jailed every year. because they have a legit 'checks and balance' system that works. gangbangers are gonna take the entire government over. those motherfuckers are smarter than these crooked politicians. they makes millions of untaxed dollars everyday and they have a militia that uncle tom has nightmares about. gangbangers are in the army and on your local police force. they get sent to prison where they read books and get smarter, grow in numbers, and fall out of the spell that the media has cast upon all of us.
