I quit, it was one of the best things I have done. It's hard at first but you can do it, and you will feel alot better when you do. I smoked for about 6 years, which is plenty long enough to know the damn deal about being addicted. Doing things for yourself always feels good. Like accomplishing things....ya know?

where are they now?

they say you need to substitute the motion of putting the cig to your mouth with something (no homo) and to keep occupied. ive never smoked except through my "im such a badass cos im in 10th grade" phase but friends of mine who smoked alot have quit by eating candy or chewing on toothpicks or some shit. they say it helps.

You think that is real? What is CDC?

12:02, you should quit now. I thought smoking wasn't even cool anymore. Chest pains suck, and so does being irratable and being really tired after like a minute on the ball court.

I've never said "I quit" because I'm afraid to. I can't see myself as a non-smoker. I wouldn't mind being able to have one here and there (after a big dinner and so).

I was thinking of smoking only expensive, designer cigarettes so I wouldn't smoke as much, but that could backfire.

Dude quit! It's only gonna get harder! And fuck, after eleven years of smoking, I've only just developed a really bad cough. Although, that could be from the type of weed I've been smoking on the regular.

Weed is like a shampoo - you gotta change it from time to time.

DAY ONE

So I just woke up and the nasty taste in my mouth

along with the congestion in my lungs and nose have made

me decided that today is the day that I'm done with smokes.

Really it's just going to be 3 tough days, then all the nicoteen

will be out of my blood. There's no reason to put it off.

let's see if I can be more stubborn that my old habbits.
