cut out a square and get some 2 x 4 and put it in behind the wall and screw it in place from the front...then cut out a new piece of drywall to fit the square you cut out..screw that in place..then plaster..and sand...and paint my advice..is to invest in a punching bag.

mt baker is good...usualy tons of snow if you wanna go across the border whistler/blackcomb is very good, or the 3 mountains in vancouver are a little closer, cypress and grouse are the better 2

made it up to grouse mountain(up there) yesterday morning right at opening after they got like a foot of snow over night. beers and weed made it an all around great day..besides losing my wallet :(
