Like Jimmy made the Stratocaster famous.. so many artist play with les pauls, they've been around since the dawn of rock and roll, and i don't think that you can say jimi made the strat famous as that too has been around for ages, buddy holly played one. i think it was the strat that made jimi famous, like how he use to play it up side down which became apart of the radical image obtained by hendrix, of course he was fucking amazing, but still. i don't really know what to say about les paul dieing i feel sort of sad that hes gone but fuck the dude lived till 94, that's double the age of most people who played his guitar.
