I remember meeting/seeing a couple of the anticon guys (Slug and Dose?) at various punk shows in Oakland in 1999-2000. One of them gave me a CD, I thought it was all right. I don't know a lot about rap, though...not enough to be a critic or anything. Apparently they went on to bigger and better things that other people are successfully emulating...so it goes.
