This is funny... from the FAQ on the site: What is the timeline for the Charles River Skatepark? Construction of the skatepark depends on funding from supporters by YOU! We are expecting to break ground in spring of 2009. As it will take approximately six to nine months to construct the skatepark, we expect the park to be open to the public by the end of 2009. Also, wasn't some of the government stimulus money going to go to actually getting this park open? Could have sworn I heard something about that once; it was the only thing I was happy about Obama for doing :lol: but I guess it never happened... so yeah...
