Fantastic stuff daly.

 

now that I look at the hue it scanned in at and the pure white border that looks kind of weird...

 

My scanner will sometimes scan black and white stuff negatives with a sepia sort of tone, even though I have it set to scan B&W. I just desaturate in Photoshop before saving.
