Yeah they have their entire excursion caught on camera I think. The potential charges being thrown around are breaking and entering and trespassing. @misteravenspeaking of surge pricing for toll roads, they just build some new hov lanes around here. The way they are set up is the more traffic that is using the express lanes, the more the toll is. The thinking is, the higher the price, the less people will use the express lanes thus keeping the traffic flowing along. Is there a cap to the tolls? I dunno. There was a wreck on the interstate and the police had to funnel traffic into the express lane to keep everything moving. People were super angry when they got hit for $15 on a trip that any other day would only cost 35¢.
