And those pitches that Bautista swatted on Sunday were fucking cookies - right down main street. Gardy is a great manager, but his staff is fucking retarded.

Yeah. I was just saying dude can hit everything. Then we decided to give him some BP pitches to make it extra easy.

Everyone besides Kubel looks terrible on our team.

Edit: I forgot Glen Perkins. How sad is it that Glen fucking Perkins is the one pitcher that comes to mind on our team who has been consistently decent?

I'm baffled by the Glen Perkins phenomena. I think he finely decided to pull his head out of his ass, grow up, and make a name for himself if he wants to have a career outside of AAA. If he didn't get it together this season, that is exactly where he would be.

Also, he is throwing a lot harder than he used to. He's the fucking silver-lining in the bullpen.

I have no idea what the fuck happened, but I'm a fan. He looks confident, hits his spots, and is throwing with a lot more velocity than in the past, as you said.

Whatever he did in the offseason, it's been working consistently well for him. Unfortunately, the rest of our pitching staff is hot garbage.

White Sox pulled out a close one. Pretty nice play by Brent Morel at 3rd.

Anyone see the disaster the cubs were in last night??

Holy shit- 4 errors, 2 on one play that scored two runs.

cubs were up 5-4 in the 8th when the wheels blew apart.

Reds win 7-5, and all 7 runs unearned.

11th all time, and with mcgwire, sosa, arod, and bonds ahead of him you would have to place him at 7th all time.

Good call on that RL.

Dead-ball age for a lot of those older home run kings.

Kinda nice to see pitching make a comeback this year, too bad in this day and age it could kill the game. haha..
