Yeah it started out as a game in Hawaii with milk caps. Then it was introduced to California (Orange County) then spread from there. It was like gambling but with pogs. You used the slammer and people collected pogs either by buying or winning them from others. I played it from about '92-'94. It was around 1986/87, and I was one of those latchkey kids so I'd always go there after school and waste quarters. You would start with full armor, and as you got hit your armor would disappear.
