Mauler5150
I have to wonder how he can do it? What does he use to steer?
PUMPKIN ESCOBAR
I bet he's just forearm less, he probably steers with his bicep stump type joint

Harvey Wallbanger
This guy is from my grandmother's town. She sent me an article in which a friend described this guy as "the best driver I've ever met, and the worst person I've ever met".
MoeLarryCurly
Wiley was arrested the next day on charges of fleeing from police and habitually driving without a license. He also is awaiting trial on separate drug charges and traffic violations. He faces up to five years in prison if convicted. jack of all trades. fat ralphy
this is almost as good if not better then the 12 year old who went on a major high speed rampage..or the kid who snuck onto a bunch of airplanes to runaway....
shitting
its a pity they didn't chase him down in the helicopter because footage of a dude hobbling out of an car on one leg and getting smashed to the ground by a fat cop would have been pretty entertaining
IOU
Michael Francis Wiley taught himself to drive after losing both arms and a leg in an electrical accident when he was 13. He spent time in prison for kicking a Florida Highway Patrol trooper after an accident in 1996. He led police on a 120 mph chase in 1998. Haha... blood fart
I used to date a one-legged dude. Like this one-legged dude, he also had drug problems. I once saw my ex get his fake leg kicked off in a street fight. It was pretty funny. What wasn't so funny, was the cops macing me for jumping in on the street fight. I was talking about this with my friend when he was tattooing me the other night. He asked if I ever "humped his stump." I told him I didn't know what kind of freaky shit he heard I was into, but I am not like that. All-in-all, I give one-legged dudes a thumbs down.
