King Of Hell
Seen rage a few times. The best time was in 94 in Detroit with Quicksand. I went for Quicksand.
King Of Hell
Inside Out was a far better band then RATM ever was.

King Of Hell
i was living in indiana at the time keeping my buddy out of trouble. He just got off house arrest. I needed to do something fun, Quicksand was playing, and the heat in the car was working so road trip it was. I remember thinking that detroit looked like it was covered in soot. ViolentByDesign
I'm down to see RATM + Wu. Saw them in '97..they were shooting 40's into the crowd with one of those 3 person sling shots.
seeking
they were lauching glass 40oz bottles of beer out into the audience with a giant slingshot? ummm...no they werent, stop lying.
ViolentByDesign
just like ODB didn't pull out a gun and open fire on stage at the Culture Club
r o n d a
Inside Out was a far better band then RATM ever was. man inside out was and still is the shit. burning fight is one of my favorite songs ever.
seeking
sorry guy, just not buying it. you could get attempted murder for hitting a guy in the head with an empty bottle. shooting a full 40oz bottle off stage at peoples faces with a giant slingshot is a guaranteed felony. not to mention the fact that no one would be stupid enough to think it was even possibly a good idea. ViolentByDesign
i don't care i'm not the one who performed said act so i don't feel the need to further defend someone else, it's whatever duke.
King Of Hell
Cypree Hill didn't play that show, but I'm almost 100% the 311 did.
seeking
nope, definitely not 311. could have been house of pain.
King Of Hell
nah it wasnt either of those bands. rade headlines and quicksand was before them. who ever it was was a small enought band to open that show.
seeking
there should be a record of these things someplace. i know i was at that show, just cant remember who they were with.

-Rage-
I'm more than certain it was House Of Pain. They toured with Rage around the time that their self-titled album came out. KOH, check out some old school Inside Out hardcore videos on YouTube... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yt3MWql5dys No Spiritual Surrender - Boston 1990 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MOloqRiSHe8 Darkness Of Greed - California 1991 (Later became a RATM song) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqGl14rPrAw Rage Against The Machine - California 1991 (Unreleased song that was to be on their next album, then RATM formed.) I still have my baby blue No Spiritual Surrender 7" from Revelation Records.
