“Black.White. brings together Bruno Marcotulli, 47, his wife, Carmen Wurgel, 48, and her daughter Rose Bloomfield, 18, a white family from Santa Monica, and Brian Sparks, 41, wife Renee, 38, and their son, Nick, 17, a black Atlanta family.

Through artful makeup they swap races, if not perspectives.

maan i havnt felt affected by race relations in a minute even though i deal with direct and indirect racism on a daily basis on all fronts of the black white spectrum.. this truly bothers me.

not so much on the ideal of the show..but the already taletale reactions this is going to get if it makes it to syndicated viewing..

already its hard enough for cultural mixing.. but somthing like this is just going to either make that definition of what a black or white person is much more solid wich would widen the gap for those that believe in what the tv tells them or help them understand we are not so much unalike...i say the latter though

just wow...i'm done

Looks like I'm the only one here, but I don't really think that makeup is all that terrible. Yeah it looks fake once you know races have been switched, but if you didn't, you'd just be like "That's one freaky looking motherfucker".

Keep in mind, this has to be some sort of daily makeup that doesn't take the whole day to apply. Super top-notch movie makeup takes hours and hours to complete.

As I said before, I think the make up is pretty good also.

Being able to see the before and after pictures really makes the differences stand out. Also the facial features kind of throw you off. But if you saw them with no previous knowledge you'd most likely think it was a normal person, albeit funny looking. There is lots of funny looking people out there.

I bet old white guy loves having a full head of hair again though...
