(3D wise) The style seems forced and unnatural so it's awkward. So the add-ons you've made onto the sketch don't flow with the style at all. And it also seems as if the whole sketch is being squeezed like a can of sardines. Let that shit breathe. Practicing simples will eventually lead to a more natural, flowing style that you could probably call your own. Until then, keep practicing.
