Picked this up today for all of $5. Anscoflex II TLR. Read up on it online and it dates back to the 50s. It takes 620 film which they don't make anymore but I managed to jam a roll of 120 in there. Apparently 620 and 120 are the same exact film on the 620 has a smaller spool.

I'm pretty hyped about this camera so hopefully you will see results soon.

If anyone has any information about this camera please share. I only found out a little.

Some news:

As stated before the Polaroid Pass Around has reached MrChupacabra, but there's been a problem.

It would seem as though the package underwent some form of extreme heat during its month overseas (and god knows where else it fucking went). So, in short.. the undeveloped film was fucked.

Chupa tried to take his two shots, but they each came out a mess of brown, green and white photo chemicals.

He even tried the EXTRA pack of film, but to no avail.

Sadness.

Luckily, our very dear friend Chupa is nice enough to purchase two more packs of 669 color film.

EVERYONE THANK HIM FOR HELPING THE PROJECT CONTINUE!

Also, please note a new rule;

From now on the outside of the package MUST be labled as such:

"CAUTION!: Package contains undeveloped FILM!

Keep away from extreme heat!"

In other news, I'm a big pussy and I finally bought a digital camera.

It's smaller. One thing that annoys be about some digital cameras it the size.

I've held this one in stores and it's a perfect grip.

I have no need for DSLR. I'm not looking to go all out with my photos, i.e. sell them professionaly or try to make posters with the huge ass resolution.

The 8700 is perfect for me. Small with a ton of features... That and I can fit my Phoenix Fisheye lens on it.

Right on, just wondering. They recently bought an 8700 for work and nobody there really knows how to use it, I'm supposed to hold a little class on it some time.

When I first got the SD9, the size was killing me. I think it is about the largest DSLR they make anyway, and I was used to carrying a Sony F707 around my neck everywhere I went. I got used to it though, and I take it everywhere now.

thanks man! pinhole shots are definately something i plan on getting more into. i haven't checked this thread in a while and every time i do i enjoy the hell out of it.

on the digital note, i'm looking to pick one up rite now...somewhere in the 200 dollar range. i want to have some manual type features to work with (as much as i can get in the price range), not just some point and shoot type shit. i know 200 duckets won't get me much but i figured ya'll have some experience with this, so any help would be great.

and before you tell me to do a search i've done it, and didn't come up with anything too exciting. besides, i'm tired as shit.

thanks in advance for any help you can give.

These were taken on October 29th, 2003 during that week when everyone was going nuts about the giant "solar flare" that was observed. Remember, everyone thought it was going to interrupt cell phone reception and turn people into zombies? Well, all that really seemed to happen was this cool sunset that I was lucky enough to catch with a crappy digital camara from the roof at work. Image quality is not top-notch because the camara is not that great, the last three pictures represent the timespan of about 10 minutes. You can see how drastically the sky changed in that time.

These were done at about 5:30 in the evening. I think a couple of them would be great album art.

Couple of these are reposts from when Rage hosted a couple for me back around that time.
