  1. I am not sure if Amazon would benefit from buying fedex, maybe I am wrong, fedex has the planes and long history of logistics. I mean they are not unionized like UPS, so I don't think there would be any drawback from employees so I could see how employees may feel like it's a better deal. On the delivery business with fedex I was told by a delivery business owner, fedex has a 2mil cap on the delivery contracts. Anyhow, I figured if anyone was going to buy fedex it would be Elon just for the networth boost.
  2. Mercer, there's now one person can find all these great vids you post. You have to be making all of them.
  3. Had to swap an alternator but over tightened my belts. I thought about the tension, but was like naw, I don't want any slippage. Anyhow, as soon as I am pulling up to my residents, belts break. One step forward two steps back. I guess sometimes you got to take step back or few just to reflect on what you would have accomplished. Lolz. Trying to get me car game on point like @T4M*
  4. Why is it everytime chanticleer posts something rather its illustrations or text, it all seems to make no sense as if it should belong in the nonsense thread. IDK 🤷‍♂️ , but I don't speak, read or write Korean. Not sure why you posted that video. Whatever. Anyhow... hope y'all are having a great day for a Monday.

I think you're right, although I cannot remember the thread title. I guess this one can be it. I have always been fascinated with mythical and biblical names of things of reference or creatures the military will use to name a tool or asset or some type of weapon. It's kinda ironic to me.

Kilz, I didn't want to start a new thread but I thought of this thread topic because of the military. Near-field magnetic conduction sounds very interesting. https://www.defenseone.com/technology/2018/09/military-now-has-tooth-mics-invisible-hands-free-radio-calls/151145/
  8. You did good then. Thick leather is a good all around glove for those tasks. It would be my choice too specially if I was a ranch hand.
  9. I had to go look that up.
  10. That's the worst I've seen. Seriously. Most of what I see is due to heavy loads being hauled around on a trailer. All the torque from accelerating and braking puts a heavy strain on frames. Unless if you get t-boned then you'll notice it if the frame is bent but the car has been totally restored.
  11. They were not mechanic, just some basic gloves with rubber on them. I can't remember the brand, unfortunately, my lowes stopped carrying them. I was bummed because the rubber coating lasted longer than any other glove with fabric and rubber. All the ones you see with the dipped rubber on them are trash. Rubber wears off in 1 week or less depending on what you're doing.
  12. This method here maybe why the government is considering regulation. I don't know?
  13. It's crazy, I see Mercer quite often on things. Always think I should capture a photo and post but I am always passing by and not quick enough. You actually did. Looks like we need to create a Mercer thread.
  14. I completely agree with you on this. That's why I am thinking its going to be a good buy when they drop. These apps will come back around though. People pay for convince. Edit: small business will just offset these regulated costs but increasing prices.
  15. @fat ralphy If these are what brand I think they are. If they have a thick Dimond patterned rubber then these are will last the longest. Downside, they permit a foul oder during use when sweating. But overall the best on the market as far as I have purchased.
  16. Speaking of cash. I was on the phone with my bank the other yesterday regarding zelle. And as we were working through the issue. A side conversation we were having was about cash apps and taxes. The representative was telling me the government is finalizing regulation on these type of digital cash exchange services to get ready to tax. So what's going to happen is the government is going to apply these tax burdens on the cash app businesses themselves instead of imposing them directly on individuals so it doesn't create more paper work for the irs. But all this is what I was told, not sure if it's the real deal. But I get the whole idea of avoiding additional paperwork for the irs, but I also see profits for cash apps companies to make a little more off the percentage increase for transaction fees too. Maybe a good time to buy stock in these companies? Right now? Maybe right after fed makes an announcement?
