I had a similar situation a while back when I was looking for a place. Dude told me he was a football coach and had been headhunted to coach in the premier league. The place sounded awesome so I really wanted it not to be a scam. Spoke to the guy on the phone and everything. But I wasn't going to shell out money on a place I hadn't even seen... I believe when it comes to property you need to have seen it before you pay anything.

This is fucking awesome. The art is in a totally unique style. There's a feature film of it which is also great. Probably my favourite manga. This is also really good. although I think some of the plot details get lost in translation(I always watch manga in japanese with subs.) This is cool. It's all about dreams, so you know it's going to be dark and trippy.

Sorry, but you're an idiot. The police give a lot of a fuck, that's their job. Photos of you with you're face next to some graffiti is strong evidence that they can rape you in the asshole with. Members of the public that are at all aware of graffiti(and don't like it) will swiftly deliver those photos to the police should they find them. Plus other writers are generally assholes and if all writers know who you are you will have to spend hours talking about graffiti with every dick who recognises you when really you just want to chill in this party, drink a few beers and concentrate on smashing that bad bitch whos eyeing you..
