BowFlex kettlebell is a little clunky but more or less do the trick. Not too awkward to handle for most of the movements ive tried. A little pricey but space saving was worth it for me. -
No conspiracy per se just thought this was the best thread for it. If nothing else its a bizarre/eerie set of coincidence.

Adding some weight training back into my life. Plateau'd pretty hard right around 175#. So hopefully mixing up the workout routine a bit with some kettlebell will shock me a bit and help lean me out a little more. Fun (read frustrating) thing about cycling is your body adapts and becomes efficient quickly. -
I dived into a reddit thread on the cop suicides and a lot of users there trying to write the suicides off as legit on the basis that these cops were Trump supporters and they couldn't handle the fact that he was willing to sell them out to a rabid mob. Doesn't hold water for me.
