    They are not. I grew up with coyotes in my back yard. I’d seen them a few times roaming the woods, and would see their tracks almost daily. Even as a kid/teenager they never fucked with us. I’m sure if they were starving it would be a different story. They’re about the size of a cattle dog. The couple times i had come across a couple of them i would just pull my knife and we’d have a staring contest until the 1-3 coyotes just turned and walked away.
