It's an old neighborhood that has a lot of mature trees. The power company doesn't maintain any of their easements. The first time the transformer on a pole behind my neighbor's house had mad ivy and shit growing on it. It shorted out and exploded. The second time some one down stream crashed into one of those ground transformers and fucked up half of the down town area. This time some tree shit fell on some lines and blew some shit up on the easement caddy corner to me.
