At the touch of a microwave that is. Anyone who is a veggie should go out and buy this one. It's a staple for me, 1-2 every night for dinner...

*Stouffer's Lean Cuisine, Santa Fe-Style Rice & Beans*

    Post some more good one's.

apathy. i have found that people are so conditioned, they actually believe its better to "hate everything" and not care about anything, simply because its more convenient. god bless america.

that tofu turkey dinner on the simpsons with rem was looking good as hell. i'm going to say for vegetarian pasta al olio, simple and delicious. or nori and rice, plain as a snack or filled as a meal, it's a delicious anytime. also those sweet tofu rice packages are pretty easy to make and delicious. it's been a while since i made them and i never documented it so alas i may have to find some new japanese friends, or maybe just wait for the old ones to show back up.
