DITDxCULT
I had a Rolex given to me from a relative about 3 years ago and since I have owned it I haven't any worn it (not into jewerly). I am wanting to sell it but I want to make sure it isn't a fake. Are they any obivious markings, or visual things I should look for?

LMNO?
the second hand should continously move in a consistant fashion..not jerking motion
Guest WebsterUno
*believe* I know youre a smart dude. So I know you wont walk in there telling him (the jeweler) that you are not sure if its a Rolly. Act like you know. Fuckin huslters. You might walk outta there with a money grip. I know lightnes/weight is a sure sign of fakeness.
Secret
Most well made watches come in collections or series. I believe Rolex come in collections. You should check their official website and see which collection your watch belongs to... if your watch is not in there, it's probably not authentic. JoeyLawrence
check the second hand, the bezzel (for the crown), the back of the mantle for the serial binding numbers...and open it up with a jewlers screwdriver to see the inside. if its real it will have the serial numbers printed on the inside of the watch. and a word to the edgewise....rolex is for show. pure crap watches...you want something nice you should go with a cartier or a david yurman. hey...you mail it to me and ill send you a fresh package bro! haha word im out.
