We are doing more damage to the planet now then ever before even though we have the technological resources to fix most of these problems. I don't think you notice how so much of the shit going on right now could affect you in your lifetime. As far as I see it, we've had so many man made catastrophes in the past 30 years that should have slapped the face of humanity, but we're ignorant and push forward creating more outlets to fuck things up. It goes further than just the environment and ecology, it goes further into biology than you can probably imagine. Diseases are now created by human ignorance more often than not, and the approach to try and cure them usually opens doors for new illness to grow. But party on Garth.
