Mention names, etc. Numerous things you can do, I guess. yeah, i have a facebook, but i have it private because im sure the contents in it will hurt me more than help..so it doesnt show up in a google search. I thought about using blogspot to document my volunteer work, but thought that it may be too obvious that the only reason i was documenting it was to better my chances of getting into grad school. but on second thought, discussing my career goals in there actually might be a good idea. i was also thinking about running a marathon or two for a worthy cause (AIDS, breast cancer, etc), because my name will show up on their websites with the time i ran the marathon in. right on...thanks for the feedback casek...i already propped you for arnold's book, so unfortunately i cant prop you again :( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can just register yourself as a google business. You'll have to give some sort of contact info (definitely e-mail, maybe phone)- but after that your name and whatever info you enter will be the first result.
