Ski Mask
highlight of my younger childhood was going to the studio where they shot all the Doozer scenes for Fraggle Rock. my dad had an industry friend that got me in and showed me around. I've still got a few souvenir doozer sticks lying around somewhere. If I remember correct I think they shot all of Fraggle Rock in Toronto. Acta
Good ass cartoons. Feel bad for the kids today that are stuck watching this shit. Hey Arnold was the shit
earl broclo ESQ
Jesus I feel old. I think I was already in my 20's when "Hey Arnold" was on TV. I agree though. Kids don't have shit for Saturday Morning cartoons. If you're from the "Hey Arnold" generation --you weren't as lucky as you think. It was already shit. The early 80's was the highlight for Saturday Mornings. Cartoons until 11:30, then you had a choice of either Roller Derby or WWF (before Wrestlemania I). There was also Candle pin bowling if you were into that. In the Boston area, you could also turn to the Creature Double Feature and Kung Fu theater. Oh --and cereal commercials like Lucky Charms, Trix, Count Chocula, etc. would do little contest/games with their commercials. You'd have to watch six weeks of Saturday Morning cartoons, then send your answers in a self addressed envelope to such and such an address to get some kind of crappy certificate or pair of 3D glasses. Am I the only person that remembers that shit?

Am I the only person that remembers that shit? nope. that's how it was done in the day: self addressed stamped envelopes. hella effort. my mom hated this game. one day it just "disappeared." it wasn't until i got older that i realized disappear was code word for "thrown out." favorite baseball card I own: THE team of the 80s

earl broclo ESQ
if we're going to talk baseball cards, I've got a few. In fact I have the whole 1986 Red Sox line up. Boggsy, Evans, Rice, BUCKNER! Thanks to my brother giving me his doubles, I have a 78' Munson. and a 75' Fiskey. I think everyone my age has this next card. Is it even worth anything? If so, I've got 5 of these: And 6 of these: I got these as well:
