Posted December 4, 2007 Share Posted December 4, 2007 Because wrestling these days is bullshit I stopped watching wrestling a while ago Probably 2001-02 ish yeah i agree. i stopped watching wrestling a few years ago. the shock value and excitement has been diluted because they overdo everything. they have a "ladder" match and cage match every week. the title belt gets "put on the line" every other week. remember when the title was only put on the line at wrestlemania, summerslam, and all the other main ppv events? or how about how they have big names fighting big names every fucking week? remember when the WWF every week would always have star wrestlers vs. nobodies? to see superstars vs. superstars, you had to watch the big events on ppv. now they have triple h and john cena fighting each other every other week on raw/smackdown and then you get to summerslam and you look forward to... john cena fighting triple h. like what's the point... there's no anticipation for this shit anymore Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is about the fact that the corporation itself can maintain its own existence by following an amazing formula of deception and prediction. Wrestling was crazy for a bit of time, but has now reached a new lull. At least Murdoch tries a canadian destroyer. If we could get anything near this: I would be satisfied. Wrestling sucks now. But it is fun to watch people get manipulated to buy into it, even if that includes you. They have a midget they have been usin that's pretty awesome. Plus, HBK and The Game still kill it.
