theprotester Posted August 12, 2011 Share Posted August 12, 2011 grate the zuc a few eggs bit of flour onion BACON chopped cheese (I use cheddar) bit of oil beat eggs (if it's a real big sucker probably 3/4) + flour + the rest once it's all combined. I actually like to slightly cook the bacon first, but that's because of personal preference - I don't like soft bacon. Chuck it all in a reasonably shallow baking tray, chuck it in an oven at 150deg (which is like what, 300F?) and bake that for around 30 minutes. Just check it, some people like it drier than others, I like to take it out a little early so if I don't eat it all I can fry slices of it the next day and make sammiches.
