Theo Huxtable.
No, never heard of it. Is it an official 9/11 Commission Report video, or some independent documentary about the commission report? BTW, you ever read this?
lord_casek
don't know, theo. it reads "the 9/11 commission report: the attacks could have been stopped" or something like that. no, haven't read that book. will check it out in the near future. Theo Huxtable.
it's read like a comic book. but very informative and interesting. goes pretty much along the same lines as the "Why We Fight" documentary

john_gacy
yeah dark days is amazing and if you want to read up on people under the subway tunnels in NYC then read "mole people" Also The Tunnel by Margaret Morton. The Mole People is by Jennifer Toth (I think) but had some controversy around it that she didn't go as far beneath the surface as she makes it seem. And since books were mentioned and the thread title doesn't mention a form of media, I liked a book called Cocaine True, Cocaine Blue, it's also a photodocumentary like The Tunnel but about inner city coke/crack use. NoeWhan
popular mechanics experts OWN loose change kids part 1: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4956557430994331844&q=loose+change+popular+mechanics part 2: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-957977244995612344&q=loose+change+popular+mechanics part 2 hasn't been loading for some reason, but it might come up for you later Well, popular mechanics has been debunked science that. Information changes daily. New evidence comes to light, certain people start confessing. In my opinion, Loose Change was well done. Has anyone here tried to make a documentary in a group before? It seems easy doesn't it?
Mercer
One of my friends just let me publish his documentary of a cross country bike trip. Its a little laid back for crossfire, but I think its worthy of "awsome documentary". http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8945156415738721146 (40 minutes) Iraq for sale - War Profiteers was good and more suitable to crossfire readers. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6621486727392146155 (1hr. 16 min)
KM4RT
there was the great basketball documentary from the early 90's i think which followed two kids from their early life through their high school playing days and so on. i haven's seen it in ages and have forgotten the name any ideas? earl broclo ESQ
i highly recommend this documentary: if someone already posted it, sorry. it's about a street kid who hijacks a bus while robbing it. the police surround it, and the media captuers the whole day. the filmmakers then take the kid's back story, and pan it out through the time line of the event.
