I've got a pretty good collection going, I started phasing out the team hats unless they are tight looking throwbacks or something against the norm. geezpot Posted August 7, 2007 Share Posted August 7, 2007 I find when I wear a hat for a while it gets the salty sweat build-up (especially with wool hats)so I tend to chuck 'em and get a new one. Tie dye hats will camouflage those sweat marks and look like part of the pattern. Who am I kidding? I'm a hippy and would never wear a tie dye hat.
