Not with the casinos pulling in about 900 million a year and the city getting a good chunk of that. Not to mention Compuware-type corporations, Delphi considering a move into Detroit, the shopping/landscaping going up and Illich talking about building a new hockey arena near Ford Field. And that's all that's currently being propsed... think about ten years from now. Just watch. As the downtown area gets richer the surrounding areas property value will go up and people will either have to start wiping their own asses or move to the backwoods. THen dude's cousin (who was a bouncer at that club) came up and shot Proof 4 times in the head and chest. Couldn't Proof just kicked his ass? Why the gun?
