EON 352
104?! you'd need a shitload of risers to ride a wheel that big. sounds like a dirtboard.
EKOR702
Broke the board out for the first time in years today. Shit felt mega awkward but fuck it. Felt good to push around again. What kinda wheels are kids riding today? I don't remember anything about shit like that. Got some 53 spit fires. Hand me downs. No clue if they're any good. bones wheels 50's and some bones bushings theyr alright. and those hermans 2's are the best shoes to skate in my oppinion i went through 3 pairs this 2 months shreding it to the gnarrr:D :D :D . CELT
OJ's 58mm-63mm / 97a forever . I will never ride another wheel since OJ came back with all the old Speed Wheels . They even are still producing one of the best wheels ever created , the 61mm / 97a OJ II Team Rider .

CELT
Bay Village Skate Park , open for business...the bowl is a lot of fun , as are the banks that make the place flow pretty well . I give it 4 out of 5 stars , and not 5 because I wish it was bigger but it's done right .

earmuffs
So DC built a skate plaza near me in Shreveport, LA and it looked alright but a lot of it doesnt make sense..
abrasivesaint
word looks fun though, i stopped in shrevesport once, shit was a ghost town at 5pm on a wednesday. i assumed martial law had been issued and i was gonna get shot. ha.
earmuffs
yeah for a city of that size, its pretty dead.. shit is mad ghetto.
EON 352
yeah the layout of that plaza looks like it could have been done much better. kind of a waste in some ways. the only thing that really interest me is the bridge/ditch with the red rails. otherwise the rest of the park looks like stuff you would find in some prefab modular park. abrasivesaint
so anyone know of any decent parks/spots in DC? im gonna be there for a few hours within the next week.. got about 8 hours to kill so im gonna try and get some skating in.. edit: found that green lab skate park on google, its one big pool, looks fun.. looks like theres a lot of universities and schools around it too.. so hopefully theres something cool. sneekatoke
^^ skated that shreveport plaza when it first opened. City supposedly had random independent contractors develop and build it or some shit, the rails end in curbs/grass, no runway, etc. best thing was the ledge over the grass (2nd pic), that red bridge thing and the toy alligators haha... ..and while we're on the subject, deville 56mm currently... person
man, if only. do you think it was the roller blader that smelled of atrocious shit? Or was it just that one end of the park? Too bad I didn't get the "shred it" truck in the shot. had fun today witty, we'll have to do it again soon. also, http://www.beautyandthebeast3.com/
