Dick Quickwood
practiced some nollies and kickflips in my small ass living room today. haha one day i'll be able to do kickflips. wtf, i've been skating (off and on) for over 10 years and no kickflips? that shit is not gonna fly. i decided i'll learn kickflips before i get a new board so my old aready chipped one won't get hurt by getting more chipped
womphead
Hey. Just so we have something to disagree about. I dont like skating switch either. In video parts sometimes I dont even notice when someones skating switch. It would be a lot more impressive if it wasnt done to frequently, so it was obvious they were not skating regular. Some people I "skate with" are learning all there tricks switch. I dunno, maybe I should jump on the boat. I just dont see why. Its my least favorite stance. It LOOKS exactly like regular, its just harder... Im all for challenging myself. But... maybe im just lazy. do whatever you want dont diss skating switch though that just means someones steppn up their game.
autoteller
small rant - anyone been to rye airfield skatepark in NH? Fucking place is amazing, but i smashed the shit out of myself (knee is fucked, probably going to go in for x-rays today when i find how much my insurance covers) trying to skate there yesterday because of some goddamn 5 year old whose parents were NOWHERE to be found. this little kid jumped in the middle of the mini ramp transition right as i tried to transfer, took him out and also my right fuckin knee. then happened a SECOND time skating the combi-bowl and three little kids around the same age with no parents whatsoever around throwing their skateboards in the bowl while dudes are skating it, and laughing their asses off. i'm sick as hell of parents using the skatepark as some sort of 14 dollar-for-three-hours babysitter, the first kid i see get in front of me next time, i'm not going to hesitate, i'm just going to try to stick my fucking trick instead of baling. anyone agree? god knows this is all over the place. the only park that i haven't seen it that bad in is skaters edge in taunton (MA), most other parks are pretty goddamn bad. ERIZENO
Shit my drive there used to be my daily commute (for 6 years) ... to do it a few times a week/month for skating and its no worries. Plus its only 25 minutes for me no traffic. So from futher out it would lose its appeal real quick, like me going to Chino. I only skate there after visiting my cousin in Chino Hills. DRUNKEN-ASSHOLE-ONER
But the difference between the pop your gonna get caused by the distance (from the board to the ground) of a small wheel and a huge wheel is so little nobody could possibly notice it. You're an idiot.

Dawgs I feel you!!! I don't know what the fuck's the matter with parents these days. Half the time they're standing right there watching their 30 to 40 pound 2 and 3 year olds running around getting in the way, using banks and quarterpipes as sliding boards without a care in the world. Like it's a fucking playground. As if the kids ain't in harms way with a bunch of 150 to 200 pound full grown adults flying around at full speed. WTF??? enigmatic
You're an idiot. Take your board. Put some big wheels on it. ollie Switch them for small wheels. ollie there is NNNOOOOO difference. its all about how hard you can pop.
