pardon me if i'm sounding a bit iggnorant here, but basically the clouds are formed from sudden temperature changes?

 

i'd assume it would be from cold temps to sudden higher temps.

as you can sorta tell from the young moogle pic...

i think moogle keeps a closet full of custumes only to hide the fact

that without the costumes he looks like a white lil john with out his glasses
