i keep wondering if the rage and nekro are getting a kick out of this thread.

edit: rage answered it. thanks man.

oh yeah, and what about white oxfords? should i branch out and try to find some stuff that would go with a brown tweed sports jacket deal? i don't wanna look like professor casek every time i wear a suit

Brown tweed sports jackets demand khakis or corduroys, preferably in darker earth tones (not maroon). Combine them with a nice red shirt (and I mean RED, motherfucker- none of that washed out faded-ass bullshit red that's all popular these days), some red socks, and your low-cut docs for a stylish take on the English countryside. I've got a hunting jacket that I floss regularly.

If you're going to wear white shoes, you've got to do it right. White shoes with a black suit are good if you're flossing the white belt and tie, just work another color in there for socks and your shirt and you're golden.

Yacht clubs demand a certain nonchalant aesthetic. If you're actually going sailing or attending an informal event, bust out some khakis or chinos, pull on a polo shirt, slip on your boat shoes, and finish it up with some sunglasses and a belt that matches your shoes. For a dressier occasion you should wear a dark suit, spread collar shirt with or without tie( you should probably wear one just in case- you can always take it off), and appropriate shoes.

It seems most girls seem to be fascinated by gay guys.

Just like some guys like to see two girls make out.

Some girls like to see two guys make out.

Hmm.... Yeah there seem to be alot of guys who are fascinated by lesbianism.... Just like they say that a threesome is every guys fantasy. I never really understood these things myself.... well maybe not seeing some dudes dick in your porn is a plus I guess.

In my expereience, women like to hang out with gay guys because they don't feel pressured to be sexual all the time. It's nonthreatening and, to a point, relaxing for women to hang out with a guy who will never make a pass at them. For example, I can lay in bed with my girl Emily and just be warm with her. A straight guy would probably try to have sex with her in such a situation.

Yeah I'm feeling this.... I've talked to several girls about this and that's what they said, it's just nice to have a friend who doesn't try to get into their pants. In fact, the other day I was talking to my friend, who I guess people would consider her a "fruit fly" or whatever they call it these days, and she asked me "How is it that you are so sensitive? Are you sure you're not gay?" LOL .... Yeah I guess too many guys think with their dicks these days. Hmm.... what is this a cultural failure to make men sensitive to women? Gah.... Sick society....

how does one become gay all of a sudden? are you born gay? i need to know.

Well, one doesn't really "become gay all of a sudden." I've never been attracted to girls, just like you've probably never been attracted to guys.

Rage: I downloaded most of this season. It's like sex and the city with men.

Yeah I was wondering this too.... Seems like alot of people wake up one day and realize they are gay. I'm wondering what kind of thoughts, and experiences that might lead someone to that conclusion.

You know when it happens. That's all.

I've known since high school or so.

I had a crush on my Accounting teacher. Damn he was hot.

Haha.

I also had a girlfriend in middle school and she turned out to be bi.

We're still great friends.

And yes, I have been with a few girls.

I don't mind it.

Some say homosexuality is hereditary.

I disagreed until my mother told me my uncle (whom I was named after) was gay.

He was married for many many years and he and his wife, my late aunt, never had kids.

My uncle was also big into photography.

So, yea, it's seems hereditary.

Yep, it's just sort of... me. I didn't wake up one day like "Eureka! I like guys!" It was more like "OK, I see tits. Boring. OK, I see my American Government teacher's fine ass. Awesome"

Not yet, the 4 other gay guys at my school aren't excactly date material. I'll eventually get off my ass and get one, hopefully I'll take a guy to the prom this year.

holy fuck rage is gay.

How does one know when one is gay? you said it's something you felt but did you kinda know for a fact or did you just think, hmm, that dudes handsome. ?

I think deep down everyone has even the smallest gay tendencies.

Example, at one point in your life you'll probably say "That guy is handsome." It won't mean you're going to get it on, it could just mean a non-sexual, "Hey he looks good."

If you say that in your head and you are thinking of getting it on, then you have to reconsider what team you're batting for.

No, that kind of thing wouldn't arouse me.

Well, I'm partial to darker clothing but you could go either way. Just make sure your clothes fit.

you guys should give tease the benefit of the doubt here. he might not do a fantastic job of explaining what he's trying to say, but i think he's being genuine. what he;s saying is that he just doesnt like when people are too over the top about anything, which i feel him on. and in his defense, i know plenty of very flamboyant gay guys. it's not just a stereotype. the fashion guy from QEFTSG is definitely representative of one type of gay guy. to pretend like he isnt is just lying.

nekro, as for QEFTSG, i do agree that it's a somewhat one-sided view of gay folks, but since gay people are pretty much just like straight people in every other respect, it wouldnt be very interesting to watch a guy teach another guy how to do some shit he already does. also, gay men tend to be more educated, have higher paying jobs, and are more 'cultured' than your average straight guy. the traits that they 'teach' on the show are stuff that educated, professional straight guys have been doing all along, it's not like its just unique to the gay world, most folks just dont know straight guys care about exfoliating.

im babbling. now im going to paint, cause this is a graffiti forum, and thats what graffiti writers do (when they're not trying to gay the world).

yea seeking kinda see's what im getting at...

another example is this:

gay people ARE just people. they just choose to sleep with their same sex, which is perfectly fine. it's their choice, and they are entilted to that without a doubt.

however, if a racist white person went around saying nigger all the time, it would be offensive / annoying / and uncalled for.

now if a gay person is always announcing to everyone that they are in fact "gay" or complaining about shit that happens to everyone but saying its happening to them because they are "gay" or they're not getting treated the same, because theyre "gay"...

...it's like they are asking to be judged or get into some shit with someone that might be ignorant and disagree with their choice to be gay, etc, which like i said before, they are entilted to (the person choosing to be gay that is).

and so what im getting at is this:

although others might not agree with that racist white person, he is entitled to his opinion to be racist, just like a gay person is entitled to sleep with a person of the same sex.

my problem with that though is announcing that you are "gay" for no reason. if someone asks you if you are, or if the topic comes up and you express your beliefs, please... preach on...

but announcing it at lunch after taking a bite of your sandwhich for no apparent reason other to draw attention to yourself is ridiculous.

feel me? :D
