daily routine/ritual

I was born with the curse of a good work ethic and ability to deal with high responsibly situations and stress. God this gets old and never seems to stop.

 

Oh and that good work ethic thing doesn't count the last couple of days. I've spent way to much time on here.

me mornings vary a lot.

all in all, it's ussually

get up and pee

drink some water

spank

cereal or a sandwich

throw on some clothes

hop on the bus or bike

 

i dont shower daily.

my daily routine starts the night before with me telling myself i am going to wake up early and go to work at 8 instead of 9, setting the alarm for 7ish (i am always changing my alarm time, and it seem like after operating one for 20 something years i would have figured out that AM/PM thing out) and then hitting snooze until 8:30 ish if I got the AM thing right, giving me a good hour and a half of sleep interuppted every 9 minutes, wake up grumpy from this, shower, while in the shower i floss and listerine to save time, (or is it to spend more time in the shower?), hop out, brush, dress, short drive to work, ariving at @ 9:20ish, work til 6:30ish, go home or every other day i head to the beach to run and do a gymnastics based workout, and the other days i try to lift weights, then after that it varies. i am not a big breakfast eater but latley have been drinking a protein shake in the morning to get me started when i get to work, instead of coffee....

I am the same way and what really sucks is I love breakfast food but by the time in the mornings I can work up the stomach to eat everyplace is serving lunch...it really pisses me off.

morning routine:

- roll out of bed and knock the items stacked ontop of my alarm clock over while trying to turn it off (if I don't stack em there I just turn the alarm off and go back to sleep without really being awakened)

- grab my robe and go have a morning leak

- scratch my ass

- shower

- deoderant application

- get dressed

- grab cell phone out of charger

- go catch the bus

 

" I slept in" morning routine:

- eventually wake up and look at the clock

- scream profanities at the top of my lungs

- run to the bathroom and stick my head under the shower to get rid of my "bed hair" while figuring out if I'm late enough that I need to call in

- get dressed while cursing and seeing if I have cab fare

- run out into the street and try to find a cab

sounds familiar ese...

 

 

so my routine for last yesterday...

 

 

7:00am - why haven;t I falled asleap yet? Why dont I own sleeping pills?

11:00am - wake up and hit the shower

11:20am - hit the coffee shop for a double americano

11:50am - get to work still totally braindead

4:00pm - I've hit the wall and my brain diesn't work

I woulde be completly worthless all day at work if I did that. On the weekends It's a whole different story.

MY DAILY ROUTINE IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Alarm sounds at 7:04am

 

hit snooze once

stare at the clock for 5-6 min.

throw on clothes (sleeveless shirt-cut off shorts)

eat a small bowl of cereal

check e-mail

7:30am stand outside and wait to get picked up (to go to work)

8:00am to 1230pm>work like a mexican cutting grass and whatnot

1230 Lunch at Wendys

100 to 330>continue working

345pm return home

change shirt

get on computer till 445pm

GO TO WORK AGAIN (at UPS)

get off at about 10:00pm (time varies)

take shower

eat

get on computer till reasonable hour

go to sleep

 

repeat Mon-Fri

 

 

But not this week. Im on vacation.

wake up at 6

put clothes on

brush teeth

put shoes, jackets, gloves, backpack on

leave the house within 10 minutes of waking up

paint

smoke

school

go home

computer

go to the store

computer

sleep

my afternoon routine

 

noon - get to work

12:30 - lunch break

5:00 stop really working

7:ish - leave work

8:ish - eat something and call some people up

9:ish - drinking on a patio or just warming up

10:ish hit someplace nice

12:ish hit somewhere else

1:55 - rush for last call

2:15 - go where ever the girls want to or home if there's no girls

2:30 - latenight video games and a snack to fight off the hangover

3:00 - sleeing like a baby

i'm loving NOT having a routine lately. my job is extra dope this time of year, and i have at least 2 days off per week.

 

today was a day off: i climbed a 5,000 ft mountain by myself in a torrential downpour the entire time and nearly got struck by lightning. it was fucking fresh. love life haha.

sleep for 2 hours

get up again

sleep for 2 minutes although it feels like 2 hours

get up for the final time.

get ready and stuff.

go to work

arrive at work.

break blablahbalb

get told im doing something wrong by supervisors, when in fact, everything is going fine.

laugh alot at dumbass co-workers.

another break.

get home around 6.

go on internet.

talk/plans with friends.

yeah.

 

 

on the weekends, its all chaos.

 

 

and this was a waste of time. but a good reminder.

for some reason i've never gotten into the snooze button habit. i always just turned the alarm off.

 

and after my morning rotuine, by day is nothing but reading comic books, playing chess, taking a nap, and painting :cool:

A Normal Day

 

-wake up around 2:00ish

-drink a protein shake

-shave

-floss

-brush teeth

-mouhwash

-shower

-put on moisterizer

-put on AXE and deoderant

-get dressed

-eat

-Go take care of any responsibilities I have, which usually is none so I just go racking or paint......

look at the time.

go back to sleep.

wake up again.. look at the time.

get up very slowly.

go to bathroom.

see toilet.

sit on toilet for 10 minutes thinking about how i dont really want to be awake.

get into shower.

sit down in shower.

water is too cold when i sit down, so turn the water heat up.

brush my teeth.

stand up, wash the rest of my body.

get out of shower, dry off.

sit on bed for 10 minutes thinking about how i dont want to be up.

put on clothes.

sit down again.

go out to car.

forget work badge, cant get into work with out the badge.

go back inside.

go out to car.

sit in car for 5 minutes contemplating quiting.

start car.

drive to work.

get to work.

try to find ways out of work.

stay half-asleep in deep thought in bed

 

suddenly jump out of bed and stride briskly to the bathroom

 

get in shower

 

turn hot water full

 

cold water a tiny bit

 

sit down

 

chill sitting in shower for ten minutes

 

start masturbating

 

jizz on hands

 

clean jizz off hands for 5 minutes

 

turn cold water off because by this time hot water will be running out and i will need to counter reduction in hot water

 

lie down in shower using shampoo bottle as pillow

 

go to sleep

 

wake up when hot water runs out

 

grab towel which is placed in easy reached previous entering shower

 

sit in shower drying for 10 minutes

 

get out

 

shave

 

go and lie in front of heater in my bedroom

 

eventually summon effort to get dressed

 

go down stairs

 

turn computer on

 

blah blah blha

go straight to bathroom to get rid of piss-wood

walk aimlessly around house

sit down at computer, check email

go make toast, comeback to computer

here i am

go to room spend rest of day between the two

summertime and the living's easy

 

i've had two types of routines lately.

 

if i'm depressed:

- wake up and back to sleep a few times, til 11/12 when i just feel nasty

- get up, stretch out my back (back problems)

- stumble to shower and then stand in the hot water for a while

- eat some kind of something to break the fast

- computer ... loaf around

- do various things, waste time, feel crappy til i sleep

 

if i'm feeling good:

- wake up and get outta bed

- do any of the steps of Salute to the Sun i can remember...you know GET LOOSE! AIGHT?!

- accidentally kick myself in the nuts. actually that's just what i did this morning :shook:

- shower and say um "Mirror mirror, on, the wall, who is the top choice of them all?" and the mirror usually says some other guy's name so i hit it and then pick the glass outta my hands for a while.

- eat something, check the email while listening to some relax-o music. it's been Nick Drake, Neil Young, or Hawaiian music the past few days

- go to a studio and make something, but that's only every other day

- it's a toss up after that, walking around taking pictures, sitting somewhere watching the city go very fast, nothing too exciting as of late

 

Fish are jumpin' and the cotton is high
