[Not NBA related] tebow won those games because 1) denver's defense kept it close, 2) they were losing, and when most teams are losing they start passing the ball to get down the field faster, so defenses play deeper to guard against the pass. except tebow can't throw, so they'd run it and manage to break off 5-8 yard runs, which would eat up the clock, but it'd get them down the field just in time to score at the last second. either that or they'd be against team with zone blitz packages like the steelers which doesn't work against a running QB because your linebackers are getting out of position and exposing the middle of the field. if you play regular man to man defense like the chiefs did, he's not gonna have a chance.

i like the ravens okay. not my team but i've always been cool with them... i think more than a WR they need an elite TE. the league is just like that now. or maybe go a little west coast and get a fast RB that can catch out of the backfield. they have decent receivers and torey smith will do better this year. plus it'll train flacco to check down instead of just lobbing it. my chiefs are a bigass maybe. OL is the #1 concern and i don't see us moving up for RG3, but hopefully we'll be getting all our offensive starters back, because that offense was abysmal last year. defense was a little banged up too, IIRC we were without our starting QB, RB, TE, strong safety, and had a couple rookies that were hurt from the start of the season at LB and WR. i also hope we grab a NT in free agency, although i haven't looked at who's available.
