this is pure silliness. no one entity can "shut down" the internet. the internet itself is not an entity. it cant be "shut down". no matter who does what, the internet itself will continue to exist as long as the banking industry exists. with no internet the current system used to provide access to credit (credit cards, atm's etc) would be not be accessible as all current credit transactions use the internet for verification. as long as such systems exist they rely on a telephony system to work. as long as telephony systems are in place then there will be locations which are viable to piggyback off of for access to data networks.

to answer the question.. try staying a couple weeks in both places before making a decision. but as an aside, there are tons of other options available to you.. its just a matter of figuring out how to make them more accessible. having the education you evidently have (considering that you can use a web browser, read, write, and reason) the possibilities are much greater than they might seem.

yeah real nice bench. some cool pieces in this one.

ive used krylon clear coat spray over multiple brands of spray paint (mtn hardcore, rusto, krylon). without any issues. never used it on wood or plastic but i clearcoated a couple of my freights that i really like to protect them from sun and weather damage.. kinda geeky but whatever. i think the main thing is to make sure that the spray paint you are clear coating has had a chance to thoroughly set, like a day or so. then just follow the instructions and dont overspray the clearcoat or the thinner in it will indeed cause your spray paint underneath to run.
